Year-end reports
On supported Landlord plans, generate year-end PDF summaries from the portfolio Reports area. Status may show generating while the file builds; open the PDF when ready.
Task and receipt exports
From Tasks or Receipts lists (where enabled), export CSV or PDF for a date range or property. Mobile may offer share sheet export to Files or email.
Sensitive data
Exports can include dollar amounts and addresses. Share only through trusted channels.
