Add Appliances
Each appliance becomes the anchor for warranties, receipts, tasks, and replacement planning.
Add from the appliances list
- Select your active property.
- Open Appliances and choose Add appliance.
- Fill in at least name and category (HVAC, kitchen, etc.).
- Add brand, model, serial (if known), and purchase or install date when you have them—better dates improve risk and lifespan estimates.
Start with big-ticket items
Furnace, water heater, roof, and kitchen appliances drive the most cost and risk. Add those first, then fill in smaller items over time.
Link warranties and receipts
After you create an appliance, attach warranties and receipts from its detail page so everything stays in one place.
