- Plus — More appliances and features such as deeper planning views (exact limits are shown in-app).
- Pro — Multi-property portfolio insights for owners with several homes.
- Landlord — Higher limits, team access, reports, and portfolio tooling aimed at operators.

Live pricing and limits appear on the marketing site and in Settings → Subscription after you log in.
Compare and upgrade
Use Plans or Upgrade in the app to compare tiers and start checkout. Downgrades may take effect at the end of a billing period—see in-app messaging.
