Property switcher
Use the property switcher in the header or properties list so appliances, tasks, and warranties always match the unit you’re working on. The switcher calls the same active property context on web and mobile.
Plan limits
Each tier caps how many properties and appliances you can track. When you approach a limit, you’ll see prompts to upgrade or archive unused records.
Naming
Clear nicknames (“123 Main – Unit A”) make handoffs to assistants and contractors easier when you add team access later.
