Stay ahead of HVAC tune-ups, filter changes, and safety checks with recurring schedules and clear due dates.
Create a task
- Open Tasks for your active property.
- Choose Add task.
- Set title, optional description, due date, and frequency (one-time, monthly, annual, etc.).
- Link an appliance when the work is specific to one system (e.g. furnace filter).
Recurring maintenance
Match frequency to manufacturer recommendations. PropSteward can show overdue work so nothing slips when you’re busy.
Complete a task
Mark tasks complete when done. You can attach notes or a receipt for service visits—useful for landlords and resale packets.
