Add Your First Property

Properties scope appliances, tasks, and warranties. Most people start with one primary residence or a flagship rental.

Create a property

  1. From the app, open Properties (or the onboarding flow after signup).
  2. Choose Add property.
  3. Enter a name or nickname (e.g. “Main house”, “Oak Ave rental”).
  4. Optionally add address details—helpful for reports and multi-property portfolios.
  5. Pick a property type (primary, vacation, rental, investment, etc.) if your app offers types.
Plan limits

Free and paid tiers allow different numbers of properties. If you hit a limit, upgrade or archive unused properties from settings.

Active property

When you have more than one property, use the property switcher so dashboards, appliances, and tasks reflect the home you’re working on.
