Billing & Invoices
Manage payment methods, invoices, and subscription changes through Stripe’s secure billing portal.
Open the billing portal
- Sign in to PropSteward.
- Go to Settings → Subscription (wording may vary slightly by platform).
- Choose Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
From the portal you can update cards, view invoices, and in many cases cancel or resume a subscription.
Portal errors
If portal creation fails (rare), try again later or email support. You can still use the product until the subscription status says otherwise.
Receipts from Stripe
Stripe emails receipts for successful charges. Keep them with your other financial records.
