- Count your properties. One property is Free. Two is Home, which includes every feature. Three or more is Portfolio.
- Do landlords pay more than homeowners?
- No. Everyone is on the same plans at the same prices. A landlord with two rentals pays exactly what a homeowner with two homes pays.
- How does Portfolio pricing work?
- $3 per property per month, with a $15/month minimum. We're setting these up by hand for now — get in touch and we'll size it to your portfolio.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan never expires and needs no card. Paid plans are billed from the day you upgrade, and you can cancel any time.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. Changes take effect immediately and your data stays with you.
